Approve a held order
POST/1.0/tasking/orders/:id/approve/
Approve an order that was initially created with the "pre_approved" parameter set to false. These orders are held internally until Wyvern receives customer approval. Approving this order allows it to be scheduled and collected.

Returned if the request is unauthorized. Please ensure you are providing a valid bearer token in the Authorization header with the request.
Returned if the request is not permitted. Please ensure your account belongs to a valid organization and has been approved by Wyvern.

Returned if the Order cannot be approved (i.e. not in 'held' state)
