Getting started

Welcome to the Wyvern platform! To access our APIs and services, you’ll need to set up a user account. This guide will walk you through the process, from registration to approval.

Once you've finished the registration process you'll be able to order imagery, monitor the progress of your order, and download the data all from the Wyvern Tasking API.

1. Register for an account

Begin by registering for an account using our secure sign-up workflow:

2. Complete your user profile

After registration, you’ll be prompted to complete your user profile.
We require the following information:

  • Full name
  • Organization name and details
  • Other relevant details as requested

We collect this information to satisfy regulatory requirements and to ensure that only authorized individuals and organizations can access our services. Your information is handled securely and is never shared outside of compliance needs.

3. Wait for account approval

Once your profile is complete, your account will be submitted for review.
A member of our team will reach out to you if we need any additional information. You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved and is ready for use.

Note: You will not be able to access protected API endpoints until your account has been approved.
